Pear Ginger Jam

One of our classics and longest running jams, just a pop of fresh ginger gives a little bite to this classic pear jam. Try it on your toast, yogurt, as a finishing glaze on meats, or a topper for your brie and crackers.

Ingredients: Ontario pears, cane sugar, fresh ginger, fruit pectin, lemon juice.
