Shipping + Return Policy

SHIPPING ONLINE ORDERS

We currently ship within Canada only. 

Our Standard Shipping fee is $14.95. Orders placed over $150 qualify for free shipping.

All orders are shipped using either UPS or Canada Post Expedited Shipping with tracking included. We will strive to process and ship out your orders within 1-3 business days, with delivery expected between 3-9 business days.

We strive to keep the website's inventory as up to date and accurate as possible, but item availability is not always guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and given the option to backorder or have the purchase refunded.

IN-STORE PICK UP OF ONLINE ORDERS

Orders placed are available for in-store pick up during business hours at our downtown location, 26 Manitoba Street, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 1R9. You will receive an email notification when your order is available for pick-up. Proof of purchase is required when picking up orders. DAMAGES

If an item is received damaged, please contact Kala House of Colour at hello@kalahouseofcolour.com. All damages must be reported within 24 hours upon receiving the order.

REFUNDS or EXCHANGES 

We offer a a full refund or exchange on any item that is returned in the same condition it was purchased in. Any clothing or accessory items must be unworn with tags still attached to be eligible for return.
