Morning Glory Jam

Named after the famous breakfast muffin, this carrot cake jam turns any slice of toast into a gourmet glory! Pears and carrots nicely spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. It's like Christmas in a jar! Also wonderful in plain yogurt with granola.

Ingredients: Ontario carrots, Ontario pears, pineapple, cane sugar, fruit pectin, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves.
