Spade & Spoon is a small batch preserves company located in the beautiful rolling hills of Northumberland County, Ontario.  

Amber Grade is a classic maple syrup flavour of mid-range maple intensity.  A rich taste profile, this is a traditional go-to for pancakes and waffle fare.

Dark Grade is a strong maple taste profile that is great on pancakes, but also try it in your coffee, in your baking and cooking or over some yogurt and granola.
