Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

A classic flavour combination.  This jam is excellent on toasted crusty bread with cream cheese or buttered. Also try some in your yogurt and your ice cream!

Ingredients: Ontario strawberries, Ontario rhubarb, cane sugar, fruit pectin.
